1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jlli1 platform — including the website at jlli1.app and the jlli1 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of jlli1 after updates to these Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account and participate in games or betting on jlli1, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had a jlli1 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are prohibited. jlli1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances found within them pending investigation.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jlli1 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing your first withdrawal and may request documents at other stages for compliance purposes. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued photo ID (passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, voter's ID), proof of address, and a selfie with your primary ID. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on jlli1 — deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied to your account balance.

Accepted Payment Methods

jlli1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Philippine local bank transfers (including InstaPay and PESONet) and supported local e-wallets. Payment accounts used must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following standard conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The name on your receiving bank account or e-wallet must exactly match your verified jlli1 account name.
• Any active bonus funds subject to an unmet wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is satisfied.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.

• Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse a bonus offer — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

Bets placed on jlli1 are final once confirmed. The following rules apply across all sports betting markets and casino games on the platform.

Sports Betting

jlli1 offers betting markets on Philippine and international sports — including PBA and NBA basketball, boxing, volleyball, football, and esports. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked in. jlli1 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to an obvious pricing mistake.

Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on jlli1 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Past outcomes have no influence on future results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published in each game's information panel. jlli1 is not responsible for any technical failures on the player's device, internet connection, or browser that disrupt a gaming session.

Cancelled and Voided Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed without a specified restart date, or abandoned before the result is determined, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance. 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jlli1 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account, or using someone else's account.
• Providing false identity or payment information at registration or during KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or the platform's backend systems.

7. Responsible Gaming

jlli1 is committed to providing tools and support for responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you believe your gaming behaviour has become problematic, jlli1 provides the following tools accessible through your account:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive alerts after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently block yourself from accessing your account.

jlli1 does not market to minors and will close any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age. All funds in such an account will be withheld pending investigation.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

jlli1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions in any respect.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise harmful activity.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlli1 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you after standard withdrawal processing, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

jlli1 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we maintain and monitor the platform to ensure it operates correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. jlli1 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or bets due to technical failures on the player's device, browser, or internet connection.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to read or understand applicable game or betting rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits jlli1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using jlli1 and request account closure.
